reminder - display text, play mp3 sound or display text while playing sound at selected time, like every 30 min, once, everyday, after 30 min, in 30 mins, after specified idle time elapses, cpu usage level level etc etc

time saver - shut down your computer if other program finishes - setting suggested mainly by p2p users and backup guys. Once some program/script finishes, Marxio Timer detects it and shut down your computer or execute any of 16 actions,

running or terminating other applications - Timer works in background and executes or terminates specified program based on its title name or filename,

monitor download or upload speed (p2p applications)- Ideal solution for peer-to-peer application users to shut down PC after download completes or if download is, for example, smaller that 5 kB/s for the last 5-10 minutes (beta),

stopwatch - with start/stop/pause/reset buttons and optional title,

parental control - locks computer after specified time elapses, thus blocking children to play games - password needed to unlock computer or make screenshots every 10 seconds for further preview,

energy saver - computer enters hibernate/standby/shutdown mode after specified "idle time" elapses, saving your energy bills, or just makes itself quiet when you are already asleep,

security - locks computer after or every selected "idle time" making it Windows settings independent or more customizable,

watching movies - just play your movie and run this action. Screensaver will be temporarily disabled until you close this program,

make screenshots - one or many, once or cyclically. Useful action if you want to remind yourself of what you did during work day,

cyclically reset computer - reset your computer or terminal and start booting it from network again using bootp/dhcp protocol

electronic reminder - reminds you to take medicine regularly (now supports repeating actions every day, since version 1.8.1),

tens of other actions - according to your needs and thanks to very frequent updates, extending MT by new actions.


Marxio Timer can now easily replace about 5-7 different applications with equal or similar functionality, but also adding unique, easy to use scheduler settings that are rarely found in freeware or even commercial applications.

Give me a name of any other application that can do as much as Marxio Timer can and a beer is yours.

This application is donationware licensed. It means that as long as someone donates a coin from time to time, Marxio Timer is available for free and constantly improved. Otherwise, it can vanish from internet within one day. Respect others' work.
